1. What is the shipping time for ready-to-ship items?
If the item is ready to ship, it will be packaged and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders typically arrive 5 business days after being shipped. We ship M-F, with a cutoff time of 5 PM PST.
2. Are your patches iron on?
Yes they are, which makes them easy to apply.
3. What variety of items do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of patches for different interests and activities, including fun patches, skill patches, and themed patches related to events and seasons. Additionally, our activity kits are designed to help girls earn badges while having fun. Each kit includes everything needed to complete engaging activities, making it easy for your Girl Scouts to learn new skills and earn their badges. 4. Are there any customs and import taxes for international shipping?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will not be held responsible for delays due to customs.
5. Will I get notified when my order ships?
Yes, as soon as your order ships, you will get a shipping notification sent to your email. If your order includes tracking, your tracking number will be displayed in the email.
6. I’d like to order a custom patch. What are the guidelines for the process?
The minimum order for custom patches is 30. The production time is approximately 30 days, not including design time. Pricing is based on the quantity ordered.
7. What is your store policy?
Girl Scout News & Activities is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
